Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund guidelines for all diving courses and packages booked through Dive Azure.
1. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations are accepted at any time before the scheduled course start date. Refund amounts depend on the notice period:
- More than 14 days before start: Full refund (100%)
- 7 – 14 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your course once at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the original start date. Rescheduled courses must be completed within 6 months of the original booking date.
3. Cancellation by Dive Azure
Dive Azure reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses due to:
- Unsafe weather or sea conditions
- Insufficient number of participants (minimum 2 required)
- Instructor unavailability or medical emergency
- Regulatory or permit restrictions
In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to the next available date at no extra charge.
4. Medical Fitness
All participants must complete a medical self-declaration form before diving. If a participant is deemed medically unfit to dive on the day of the course (by our instructor or a qualified physician), a full refund will be provided.
5. No-Shows
If you fail to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a cancellation with less than 7 days' notice and no refund will be issued.
6. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days to the original payment method.
